Information we collect

Information you provide. When you create an account, contact support, or write to us, we collect what you send — typically your name, email address, and the contents of your message.

Information you enter into our apps. Our software stores the business records you enter, such as trips, expenses, receipts, and mileage. This is your data. We treat it as confidential business information.

Technical information. When you visit this website, our hosting provider records standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages requested. This site does not use advertising trackers or third-party analytics cookies.

How we use information

We use information to operate and improve our software, to authenticate you, to respond to support requests, to process payments, and to meet legal and tax obligations. We do not use your business records to build advertising profiles.

We do not sell your data

Zantix does not sell, rent, or trade personal information or business records to third parties, and we do not share them for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run our software — for hosting, database storage, error reporting, and payment processing. These providers may process data on our behalf under contracts that limit them to that purpose. We share only what is necessary for them to perform their function.

Some features send content you submit — for example, the text of a receipt you scan — to a third-party artificial intelligence provider solely to extract structured data for you. That content is not used to train third-party models.

Data retention and deletion

We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated records at any time by writing to us, and we will delete them within 30 days except where we must retain records to comply with tax or legal obligations.

You can export your full history from within our apps at any time.

Security

Data is transmitted over encrypted connections and stored with access controls that restrict each account to its own records. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information we hold.

Children

Our software is intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, and to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to us at the address below. We will not discriminate against you for making a request.
